1. Who is responsible

Cloudly Labs, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KvK: 00000000) is the data controller for cloudlylabs.online. Questions about this policy: cloudlylabs@proton.me.

2. What we collect and why

• Order data: your email address and the details of your purchase. We need this to deliver your download and to provide support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details; we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.
• Invoice records: kept for our bookkeeping. Legal basis: legal obligation under Dutch tax law.
• Support email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. What we do not do

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies. We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.

4. Third parties

• Payment provider: processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is processed by Google when the page loads.
• Hosting and email: the site is served via a CDN and email runs on Proton. Both act as processors for the data needed to provide their service.

5. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Support correspondence is deleted within 2 years after the last contact. We do not keep data longer than these purposes require.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date. Substantial changes will be noted clearly at the top of the page.
