Is this a SaaS or a no-code tool?
No. It is a zip with source code and documents. You need to be comfortable reading TypeScript, editing configuration and deploying a Docker container. If you want a hosted click-together product, this is not it.
What accounts and approvals do I need from Meta?
You or your client needs a Meta business portfolio, access to the WhatsApp Business Platform and a phone number registered to the WhatsApp Business API. Business verification by Meta can take a few days and is outside anyone's control, including ours. The deployment guide walks you through the whole flow.
What does it cost to run per client?
Three cost lines: Claude API usage (typically a few dollars per month for a local business at normal lead volume), WhatsApp conversation pricing from Meta (varies by country and message category) and a small VPS, which can host several clients. The guides include a worked cost example so you can price your offer properly.
Can I use one purchase for multiple clients?
No. The license covers a single client project. If you deliver the bot to a second client, buy a second license. At $49 against a project you will likely sell for four figures, that should be the easiest line item on your invoice.
What support is included?
Email support for defective or incomplete downloads, and we fix real bugs in the reference implementation. There is no SLA, no implementation help for your specific client and no guarantee of feature requests. It is a starter kit, not a retainer.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is digital content delivered instantly, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and waive the EU 14 day right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows for digital products. After download we only refund if the product is defective and we cannot fix it. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
